The deadline to qualify for Ride for the Roses is Thursday, October 1 at 9 a.m. CST. (*postmark deadline September 21 for check donations)

*For the Yellow Jersey Level, guests may attend the private ride as observers, not as participating riders.

**Ride for the Roses air travel must be booked through the Lance Armstrong Foundation’s official travel agency in order to receive benefits. If the LAF is paying for your flight, all travel must be booked by end of day October 2. If you book your flight after October 2, you will be eligible for a $400 credit towards the price of the ticket. If the ticket is over $400, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost. Airfare will be provided to participants and guests traveling from the continental United States. Individuals traveling from Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the continental United States are eligible for a $400 credit towards the price of their ticket. The participant is responsible for air travel cost above the $400 issued credit. Any costs associated with changes made to airfare after the initial booking will be the responsibility of the participant
