Nike
Since 2004, Nike has helped the Lance Armstrong Foundation raise over $80,000,000 to fight cancer.
In their 4th year as presenting sponsor of the LIVESTRONG Challenge Series, Nike is dedicated to supporting the 28 million people worldwide living with cancer.
This year Nike created a grassroots campaign inviting all to show their support for the LIVESTRONG global cancer initiative. To participate, look for a box of Nike LIVESTRONG yellow chalk while at the Challenge events and show your commitment to the cause by filling the Challenge course, sidewalks, driveways or any blank canvas with your yellow statement of intent, encouragement and inspiration. Then share your message with the world by uploading a photo of your artwork to wearyellow.com.
The LIVESTRONG Collection is available at NikeStore.com, NikeTown, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom and Macy’s.

Breakaway from Cancer®
Amgen created the national Breakaway from Cancer® initiative in 2005 as a complementary component to its title sponsorship of the Amgen Tour of California, an annual world-class professional cycling event. Just as in cycling where it takes a great support team to help an individual break away from the pack, it takes a team approach to help a person with cancer face the many hurdles from diagnosis, during treatment and into survivorship. Amgen’s Breakaway from Cancer nonprofit partners play leading roles in every aspect of cancer care to help people affected by the disease.
Through Breakaway from Cancer, Amgen is supporting the LIVESTRONG Challenge Series to help empower and mobilize people by connecting them to education, resources and hope to fight this disease.

Embassy Suites Hotels
As the exclusive hotel partner of the LIVESTRONG Challenge series, Embassy Suites will once again sponsor the Cool Zone, a 10-ft high water misting system that Challenge walkers, runners and cyclists can cruise through after finishing the race and get a refreshing mist of cool water. Positioned at the finish line of all four Challenges, the Cool Zone offers a place for participants to meet up with their fans celebrating their victory in the fight against cancer. Volunteers from Embassy Suites Hotels within each Challenge city will be on hand to pass out rally towels and encourage each and every finisher of the race. Join us in these Challenge cities; Seattle, WA. (June 21), San Jose, CA. (July 12), Philadelphia, PA. (Aug. 23) and Austin, TX. (Oct. 24-25).
