General Course Map

San Jose, 3-time cycling haven host of the Amgen Tour of California, will provide the perfect backdrop for what is bound to be an astounding inaugural event for the LIVESTRONG Challenge San Jose. The course provides a counter-clockwise loop departing from downtown San Jose, heading southwest towards Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos and Morgan Hill. The 100-mile ride moves across the valley and up the famed Metcalf Road climb before finishing back in downtown San Jose.

All course distances for the San Jose Challenge entail moderate to difficult terrain with some steep, long climbs and densely populated areas with high traffic. The course maps, profiles and logs will beplaced on the website soon.
