Ride for the Roses attendance and jersey award packages begin at the $10,000 fundraising level. See our Ride for the Roses Incentives for more information.
The fundraising deadlines for awards are:
- Portland - Thursday, June 26, 9 a.m. CST
- San Jose - Thursday, July 10, 9 a.m. CST
- Philadelphia - Thursday, August 21, 9 a.m. CST
- Austin - Thursday, October 23, 9 a.m. CST
- The deadline to qualify for Ride for the Roses is Wednesday, October 1 at 9 a.m. CST.
At each LIVESTRONG Challenge the LAF will recognize outstanding fundraising efforts with special awards during the Saturday Night Fundraising Appreciation Dinner based on the fundraising deadlines listed above.
The awards are as follows:
Top fundraising individual (Champion Award)
Most individual donors (Messenger Award)
Top fundraising team (Team Champion Award)
Most team members (Team Messenger Award)
All award winners will be notified via email by 3 p.m. CST the day of the deadline.
If you are participating in multiple cities and raise $3,000 you are eligible to receive two tickets to the pasta dinner in one of the cities. In order to attend the dinner in both cities, you will need to raise the minimum for each city, which is $3,000 (i.e. $6,000 will qualify you and one guest to attend the dinner in each city, $10,000 would qualify you and two guests to attend in each city). You will automatically receive this incentive if you are using separate HQ sites, but if you are only using one HQ site, please inform the Challenge staff so that you may get your tickets.
