Parking is located at the Austin Convention Center Parking Garage south of 2nd St. between Brazos and San Jacinto.
Saturday, October 25th
LIVESTRONG Challenge 5K
All participants and volunteers are encouraged to park in the Capitol Visitors Lot, Parking Lot A and Parking Lot F located off San Jacinto Blvd. Parking will be available beginning at 4:00 a.m. and all vehicles must be removed by 12:00 p.m.
Sunday, Octoer 26th
LIVESTRONG Challenge Ride
All participant parking will be off site at designated satellite parking lots. The parking lots are as follows and will load in this order:
Primary Lot:
- Roger Hanks Park - Located just south on Roger Hanks Parkway off Hwy 290. This lot will be closed when full or at 7:00 a.m. to allow for the start of the ride.
Overflow Lots:
- Dripping Springs Middle School - Located just north of Hwy 290 on Sportsplex Road.
- Walnut Springs Elementary School - Located past Dripping Springs Middle School on Sportsplex Road.
The westbound lane of Hwy 290 from Sportsplex Road to Dripping Springs High School will be closed beginning at 4:00 a.m. creating a specified lighted bike lane, which participants are instructed to ride in to the venue. There will be a neutral crosswalk established for all participants parked in the Roger Hanks Parkway lot to ensure all movement to the venue follows the flow of traffic.
Post event, the eastbound lane of Hwy 290 from Dripping Springs High School will be closed to Sportsplex Road with a neutral crosswalk to allow for participants to safely cross the street returning to their vehicle.
Friends & Family Shuttles
There will be shuttles provided by Dripping Springs ISD. The shuttles will be staggered and will circulate to all satellite parking locations and Dripping Springs High School beginning at 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The shuttles are intended to transport volunteers and friends and family members of participants.
Volunteers

Option #2 - Commute to Dripping Springs High School. Volunteers can drive their own vehicles to Dripping Springs and park in the designated volunteer parking area at the High School.
